International Buyer / International Purchase SpecialistLocation: Faisalabad (On-site)Project: InternationalIndustry: Oil & GasWe are seeking an experienced International Buyer to join our procurement team in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete international purchasing cycle — from supplier identification to order fulfillment — ensuring cost-effective sourcing, timely deliveries, and compliance with company and global standards.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and fulfill procurement needs based on operational requirements and approved budgets.Source, evaluate, and select international suppliers in accordance with company policies and quality standards.Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve best value.Issue purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.Maintain comprehensive procurement records, supplier databases, and contract documentation.Collaborate with the Operations Manager to monitor supplier performance and ensure product quality and reliability.Ensure all purchases comply with company procedures, international trade laws, and import/export regulations.Resolve procurement-related issues such as delays, discrepancies, or quality concerns.Track and prepare procurement activity reports and cost analyses for management review.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in international procurement or supply chain management (Oil & Gas industry preferred).Strong knowledge of global sourcing, vendor management, logistics, and customs regulations.Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a dynamic international procurement environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.Career advancement and professional development within a global supply chain framework.
