This is a dynamic and highly entrepreneurial senior leadership role reporting to the CEO for a savvy commercial operator who can both design global commercial strategy and roll up their sleeves to deliver results in the trenches.As a key member of Verifi’s leadership team, the International Commercial Director will work closely with the CEO, Commercial – North America, Customer Success, & Product teams to shape and execute the company’s international growth strategy.This is a high-profile opportunity to shape the trajectory of a category-defining technology business worldwide.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Leadership (Global, ex-US)Own the full commercial P&L across international marketsDevelop and execute market-specific go-to-market strategies aligned with the CEO’s plans.Coordinate regional sales and channel teams to drive enterprise adoption and market penetration.Business Development & Partnerships (Europe-led)Lead business development in Europe, building strategic relationships with ready-mix producers, and ecosystem partnersDevelop, negotiate and close commercial and direct strategic partnership opportunitiesMarket Strategy & ExpansionIdentify high-potential markets, quantify addressable opportunities, and prioritize expansion sequencing.Build country-entry playbooks, support localization across productsEstablish Sales OperationsImplement forecasting, pipeline management, enablement tools, and performance metrics to support scalable growthRepresent VerifiAct as a senior face of the company at industry events, customer meetings, and partner forumsBuild and Lead a TeamRecruit, coach, and manage a global commercial teamQualificationsEssential5-10 years in commercial leadership AND/OR Tier-1 (McKinsey, BCG) consulting, ideally with exposure to B2B technology, SaaS and IOTTrack record and exposure to at least one of:Construction technology / built-environment IoTIndustrial IoT / field operations (energy, transportation, logistics)Concrete / building materials technologyExperience managing complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and partnershipsExceptional negotiation, deal-structuring, and executive relationship skillsFamiliarity with on-ground solution deployment in operationally complex, asset-heavy environmentsWillingness to travel for customer and partner engagements globallyPreferredPrior experience with digital transformation in the built environment (construction materials, logistics, or sustainability-related).Multilingual fluency (e.g. French, German, Swedish, Spanish) advantageous.Understanding the ready-mix concrete supply chain and ecosystem is a plus.Why Join UsAt Verifi, you’ll shape the commercial strategy of a category-defining Climate & ConstructionTech company backed by a global leader in building materials.
