Result of ServiceThe incumbent will work under the overall guidance of the Chief of the Justice Section (JS/DO) at UNODC HQ in Vienna and other locations as required and will closely work with the team and other staff involved in implementation of GLOU61. The Consultant will be required to: i. Manage the development of the Programme’s Learning Management System. ii. Responsible for 2nd level support, maintenance, and updates. iii. Train eLearning managers at eLearning sites, if required iv. Provide technical advice on digital applications to UNODC eLearning Programme Coordinator. v.
