Make It Matter.Sourcing Management, Logistics: Ensure strategy development and execution for International Logistics AMEA, including customs clearance, cartage, and ocean freight.Drive Productivity and improvements through simplification, scale, and operational excellence.Capability to understand the market and geopolitical situation involves integrating political developments with economic forecasting to anticipate market shifts caused by factors like trade tensions, sanctions, or conflicts for scenario planning and mitigate risks effectively.Lead sourcing activities in close collaboration with stakeholders across AMEA.Elaborate Bid documentation (Bid Records/Waivers and SAF / CAF) and follow up approval process according to the company policy until the whole process is completed.Develop and execute productivity initiatives by leveraging cross functional resources within CS&L and Procurement Teams.Develop/Execute Supplier Relationship Management and business continuation plan.Project Management:Lead regional logistics projects assigned and acting as procurement focal point of contact and ensure flawless execution (on time and within allocated costs).Manages relationship with suppliers and Internal stakeholders during the bid; ensure complete information transparency to all stakeholders.Actively participate in global/regional initiatives and ensure implementation in regional assigned.Support business transition process post bid closure.Act as first POC for any operational challenges.Compliance, Risk Management, Reporting and others:Ensure consistent and clear BID documentation in order to act as focal point of contact at regional level when an audit is required for the spend area.Work with Legal department to set up the corresponding contracts and ensure its compliance and standardization.Accountable as owner of the price list for actuals and forecasts according to responsibility.Fully comply with Mondelēz International Procurement and Code of Conduct Policies.Holistic Assessment of the Business Risks (short term/medium term/long term), Develop Mitigation and Business Continuity Plans by engagement and alignment with Internal and External Business Stakeholders to ensure execution of the agreed plans within timelines.More About This RoleSkills Required: Soft skills Good management, problem-solving and communication skills.
