Following the success of the flagship U.S. business, FIJI Water has expanded to more than 75 countries, where the brand’s iconic square bottle is increasingly visible at leading on premise and retail establishments.Job DescriptionThe International Marketing Manager is responsible for growing the FIJI Water brand and implementing marketing initiatives in Asia and Oceania regions. This is accomplished by planning, executing, and measuring brand marketing activities through managing marketing agencies and collaborating with trade marketing, sales team and distributors in local markets. This position is also responsible for managing packaging label changes and supporting some sales growth initiatives. This position reports to Director of Brand Strategy.What you will do: Manage brand marketing budget through planning, tracking, and reporting. Translate brand growth plan into consumer-oriented marketing plan by managing agencies and collaborating with sales teams in local marketsManage marketing agencies in assigned international markets through aligned scope of work, performance KPI, providing guidance on campaign planning, execution and measurements. Lead strategy development for social media and digital advertising. Subject matter expert of social media ecosystem in prioritize markets such as China and Korea. Lead event planning by setting KPI and providing guideline. Manage packaging label changes to comply with local regulation also minimize operation cost. Collaborate with trade marketing and sales team to support growth opportunities, such as brand partnership, online to offline activation. QualificationsWhat you will need: Bachelor’s degree required, marketing major preferred5+ years of experience in brand marketingStrong organizational and multi-tasking skillsSelf-starter and highly motivatedProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience in International marketing (Asia, Oceania) with experience in China social marketing and social commerce strongly preferredInternational Travel requiredProfessional Characteristics:A results-oriented self-starter who takes initiative without being asked and has a strong sense of urgency; flexible and adaptable to changeA good communicator that respect and understand culture differences from country to country and form a good work relationship with our distributors in Asia and Oceania.
