Working closely with creative and accounts teams, you will contribute to the creation of impactful campaigns, from research and strategy through to final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesContribute to medical and publication strategies, aligning outputs with client goals and industry standards.Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to inform strategy and identify opportunities.Perform bibliographic background research to support content development.Write, edit, and adapt scientific materials including slide decks, monographs, abstracts, posters, patient information documents, and other formats, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.Manage and provide complete reference sets using VeevaIncorporate all client feedback accurately and in a timely manner, maintaining consistency across deliverables.Manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to support content creation and approval processes.Attend internal and client meetings to align on objectives, provide updates, and gather input for deliverables.Deliver internal scientific training sessions to enhance team knowledge in different scientific disciplines.Maintain and organize the reference management database for easy access and compliance.About YouMust have a health science degree (e.g. in biology, pharmacy or medicine). PhD is a plus2 years of experience in medical writing and scientific content supervision.Ability to communicate medical/technical information to a wide variety of audiencesAbility to work in a deadline-driven environmentAttention to detail and absolute reliability in meeting delivery deadlinesNative/Bilingual English speakerTeam player who can foster positive relationships between the department and other agency teams, such as creatives and account managersExperience with reference managers such as EndNote is a plusOmnicom Health is committed to hiring and developing exceptional talent.
