International Product Technical Support Engineer

该职位来源于猎聘 Base location 1-2 years in Shanghai China, international assignment afterward. Target Candidate International students who will graduate in 2024 or 2025 from majors of Engineering Roles and Responsibilities  Assist in handling daily on-site product technical issues, propose solutions, and ensure the effectiveness of the solutions.  Write and review external communication documents, such as Root Cause Analysis, technical explanation letters, and technical clarification letters.  Address anomalies in contractually agreed operational metrics by formulating improvement measures and ensuring their implementation.  Participate in the review of key cases, support the formulation of overall strategies based on contract risks and defect penalties.  Assist in communicating with clients, identify and address key client needs, and provide technical support. Job Requirements  Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automatic Control, Electronic Engineering, Composite Materials and Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, or related fields.  Strong communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with team members and clients.  Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.  The excellent ability to handle stress, able to travel and provide on-site technical support for international projects.  Good innovative mindset, able to propose suggestions for improving products and processes.  English as the working language, candidates with a background in Chinese are preferred.  Internship experience in the energy industry, particularly in wind turbine engineering services and product development is preferred.
