International Project Manager – Global Technical Services (m/f/d)

Your tasksLead global service projects and programs to expand or optimize our international service footprint – for example, airborne service capabilities in new or existing marketsDrive implementation of service excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and performance across global service centersSupport and coordinate continuous improvement activities at local service sitesRoll out standard service processes at global locations and provide support throughout the change processCoordinate cross-functional teams to achieve defined project goalsMonitor and report project progress and relevant KPIs to senior managementIdentify optimization potential and develop actionable strategies to improve service processesWork closely with process experts and lead service centers to ensure alignment across the organizationYour QualificationsDegree in engineering, industrial engineering, business administration, or a related fieldSeveral years of experience in international project management, ideally in a service-oriented or technical environmentPractical knowledge of lean management methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S)Experience in change management and implementing process improvementsStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions and culturesConfident interaction in international teams and intercultural environmentsWillingness to travel internationally (approx. 30%)Fluent in English and German (minimum C1 level) – written and spokenInterested?Rohde & Schwarz ist ein globaler Technologiekonzern mit aktuell ca. 14.000 Mitarbeitern und drei Divisionen Test & Measurement, Technology Systems und Networks & Cybersecurity.
