Acala is a premium non-alcoholic sparkling tea brand represented in 33 countries. We’re hiring an International Sales Manager to scale sales through distributors.You’ll join an existing export sales team and work closely with a dedicated export marketing team.Remote (anywhere in Europe) | International travelWhat you will doDrive growth across 15+ markets with existing distributor coverageIn selected existing markets, upgrade distribution (find stronger partners and improve execution)Develop new markets: open doors, secure partners, and build early tractionBuild pipeline, close deals, and keep distributors activated (listings, re-orders, launches)What we need (must-have)5+ years in international beverage sales (export/distributor markets)Proven track record + an existing network of importers/distributorsStrong commercial execution (negotiation, follow-up, multi-market prioritisation)Fluent EnglishApplyIf this sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you.
