Job description:Active client acquisition: Identifying and contacting companies in need of warehousing or inventory storage services (B2B).Service presentation: Introducing the capabilities of our modern warehouse to potential clients (via on-site facility tours or remote meetings).Proposal preparation: Drafting customized commercial offers tailored to individual client needs.Negotiations and contracts: Leading negotiations and closing long-term agreements.Market analysis: Monitoring competitors, proactively seeking new sales channels, and keeping market information up to date.Requirements:A successful track record in active sales (experience selling B2B warehousing services is a major advantage).The ability to easily build relationships, articulate well-reasoned arguments, and negotiate effectively.An understanding of (or a strong willingness to learn) the fundamentals of logistics and warehousing processes.Excellent Lithuanian language skills (mandatory); good command of English (advantage).Knowledge of formal business correspondence and etiquette.A valid driver's license (advantage).About us and what we offer:We are a new, modern logistics center providing top-tier warehousing solutions.
