As the organization enters its next stage of growth, these capabilities are expanding into direct client acquisition through a newly established Growth function. This marks a strategic step toward strengthening NFQ’s external CX offering and building a more proactive, market-facing approach—particularly within the e-commerce space.The Sales Manager will play a central role in this setup by converting qualified opportunities into long-term client partnerships and driving revenue performance against agreed targets. Working cross-functionally with Lead Generation Specialist, Marketing, and Delivery teams, this role directly impacts pipeline conversion, commercial outcomes, and the evolution of NFQ’s CX sales approach.In this role, you willOwn the full sales cycle from qualified lead to signed contract, ensuring high conversion efficiencyAchieve agreed conversion targets on sales-qualified opportunitiesConduct structured discovery sessions to uncover client CX, UX, and e-commerce challengesTranslate client needs into tailored CX solutions, primarily leveraging UX/UI services with cross-sell extensionsIdentify cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with relevant teams to develop tailored proposalsBuild and maintain a high-quality pipeline aligned with ICP and revenue targetsPrepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations with clear business value articulationNegotiate commercial terms and close deals in line with margin and pricing expectationsCollaborate closely with Lead Generation Specialist, Marketing, and Delivery teams to ensure strong qualification and seamless handoffsMaintain disciplined CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibilityProactively provide feedback and work on offer updateWhat you will bring2–4+ years of experience in B2B consultative sales, business development, or account management preferably in digital, CX, e-commerce, or IT servicesProven track record of closing deals and achieving high conversion rates in consultative sales environmentsStrong consultative selling skills, including discovery, needs analysis, and solution positioningAbility to understand and articulate digital service offerings (UX/UI, development, analytics, etc.) in a business contextExperience managing full sales cycles, from qualified lead to contract signatureStrong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including working with multiple decision-makersData-driven mindset with the ability to manage pipeline, forecast, and sales performance metricsExperience working with CRM systems and maintaining structured sales processesHigh ownership, accountability, and ability to operate in a fast-moving, ambiguous environmentFluency in English, written and spokenWhat we offerA working culture that is high performing, ambitious, collaborative and funHealth insurance and a yearly training budget (local and international conferences, language courses), employee-led workshopsExtra vacation days: 2 after working at NFQ for two years and 4 after four years on our teamBonus for referralsOffice perks and team activitiesSalary range: € 2530 - 3790 gross / month + Motivational SystemIf you have any questions, please contact me at monika.radzeviciute@nfq.com or via Linkedin.Check all our career opportunities here.We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
