Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Apeldoorn for an International Sales Manager. The International Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships, exploring new sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and expanding the company's market presence. Additional responsibilities include conducting market research, attending trade fairs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role may also involve frequent travel to meet clients and oversee operations in international markets. Qualifications Strong sales expertise including client relationship management, business development, and negotiation skillsProven ability to analyze markets, conduct research, and identify growth opportunitiesProficiency in communication and presentation, with excellent interpersonal skillsFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantageOrganizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a team and independentlyExperience in international markets and/or knowledge of the food processing industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
