To accelerate this growth, we’re looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial International Sales Manager.Your mission As International Sales Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our international expansion. You’ll introduce our innovative solutions to sports clubs, federations, and contractors, opening doors with flair and conviction. You’ll build lasting relationships, leverage your network, and know exactly how to successfully launch a new product in the market.What you’ll doActively develop new markets, focusing on professional football organizations in Europe and beyond.Design and execute smart sales strategies that drive growth and impact.Expand and maintain a strong network of agents, contractors, and consultants.Visit clubs and stakeholders to inspire them with our technology.Collaborate closely with international colleagues and participate in global sales efforts.Translate technical innovations into clear customer benefits.What you'll bringAn energetic, entrepreneurial attitude and a strong drive to succeed.Experience in sales or business development, preferably within the sports sector.A relevant network in the sports industry is a strong advantage.Knowledge of sports fields, field construction, and natural grass is a plus.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Affinity with technology and innovation.Willingness to travel internationally (30–50%).Excellent command of Dutch and English (German, French, or Spanish is desirable).A team player with the ability to work independently.What we offerA key role within a young and fast-growing organization.The opportunity to introduce a ground-breaking product internationally.Plenty of freedom and room for entrepreneurship.A competitive salary and ample development opportunities.Collaboration with a passionate team full of ambition and drive.Ready to make a difference?
