Our portfolio is ECO-certified and fully export-oriented, serving distributors, formulators, and manufacturers worldwide.Role DescriptionFull-time, on-site International Sales & Marketing Assistant based in Montijo.You will support global sales activities, expand Vestan’s international network, and strengthen relationships with distributors and partners. A key part of the role is driving B2B digital marketing efforts—SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn outreach, and AI-based tools—to reach niche customers and identify new opportunities in hard-to-access markets.The role is analytical, hands-on, and problem-solving focused, supporting commercial decisions with data and helping push Vestan’s international growth.Essential Qualifications (Must-have)Proven experience in B2B Sales or Marketing with international exposure.High proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.Ability to identify market opportunities and support business development.Strong communication skills and comfort interacting with global partners.Interest in the cosmetics industry and willingness to learn technical content.Problem-solving mindset and readiness to put in extra effort when required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or similar.Based within commutable distance to Montijo (Portugal, EU).Fluent in English.
