Learn more at tandemdiabetes.comGeneral SummaryA DAY IN THE LIFE:The International Sales Trainer is responsible for partnering with the Sr. Manager, Commercial Training, international commercial leaders, and clinical stakeholders to create and deliver impactful sales training programs for global commercial teams. This role focuses on onboarding, sales enablement, and field-based coaching across international markets, ensuring alignment with U.S. standards while localizing for regional needs. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic facilitator and strategic partner who can help scale Tandem’s commercial success internationally through consistent sales messaging and execution excellence.A Day in the LifeAs our International Sales Trainer, you’ll be a strategic partner to our global commercial teams—designing and delivering impactful training programs that drive confidence, consistency, and success. You’ll lead onboarding, enablement, and field coaching across diverse regions, ensuring our teams are equipped with the tools and messaging they need to thrive.What Your Day Will Look LikeDeliver engaging training on value-based selling, clinical messaging, and competitive positioning—tailored to regional needsLocalize U.S.-developed programs to reflect local languages, healthcare systems, and sales practicesSupport field coaching through direct visits or enablement of regional leadersPlan and execute in-person and virtual training sessions end-to-endCollaborate with Commercial Excellence teams to align training with strategic initiatives and toolsMonitor impact and feedback to continuously improve programsStay current on Tandem’s product portfolio, market dynamics, and regulatory differencesYou're Awesome AtDeep understanding of diabetes care or medical devicesExperience coaching and supporting sales professionals across cultures and geographiesStrong facilitation skills and knowledge of adult learning principlesAbility to adapt content for regional relevanceExcellent organizational and project management skillsComfort working across time zones and remote teamsFluency in English required; German and/or French strongly preferredWillingness to travel internationally for field coaching and eventsExtra AwesomeBachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or marketing (or equivalent experience)Experience in training or sales enablement preferredExperience in working across EMEA or EuropeWhen & Where You’ll WorkRemote: This role is fully remote with travel across the regions.
