Apellix drones are deployed globally, protecting workers, improving operational safety, and generating unprecedented data for customers in diverse industrial sectors.Role Summary: This multifaceted position ensures the smooth international shipment and logistics of Apellix products, leads procurement operations, and directly supports customers throughout their journey. The role acts as the operational lead for shipments and purchases, collaborates closely with the production team to ensure quality and quantity of parts, and serves as a trusted advisor for customers. The team goes above and beyond to ensure every customer is empowered and successful with Apellix solutions, achieved through a culture of uncompromising attention to detail in every process and interaction.Core ResponsibilitiesInternational Shipment & Logistics Support- Coordinate and expedite international shipments, including scheduling, documentation, customs clearance, and tracking deliveries, always ensuring accuracy and completeness in every detail.- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and maintain meticulous records while addressing customer shipment status and issues.- Work with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve delivery challenges and optimize cost and timelines through careful monitoring of all shipment information.Procurement & Production Collaboration- Manage the procurement process for parts and supplies, including identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with suppliers for best value, pricing, and terms; precise documentation and specification management are critical.- Collaborate with the production team to ensure correct quantity, specifications, and quality standards for all ordered components, triple-checking details as needed.- Track parts from order through delivery, maintain traceability, and resolve discrepancies or supply chain issues promptly, always verifying completeness and accuracy.- Develop and nurture supplier relationships, conduct value analysis, and undertake cost-saving initiatives through a detail-oriented approach.- Negotiate pricing for volume purchases and monitor supplier performance for quality and reliability with close oversight of contractual terms and fulfillment.- Maintain procurement documentation and support strict compliance with company and industry policies.Customer Support & Success- Champion customer needs by providing ongoing, proactive, and solutions-oriented support, ensuring high attention to detail in all communications and resolutions.- Respond rapidly to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and maintain a relentless commitment to customer satisfaction, meticulously tracking and documenting all issues and solutions.- Build trusted relationships with customers to maximize their success and retention, collaborating across teams to ensure a seamless experience with diligent follow-through.- Analyze customer feedback and usage data, advocate for customer interests internally, and continuously pursue opportunities for improvement, always with a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness.Required Skills & Qualifications- Proficiency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required.- Exceptional attention to detail, including accuracy in documentation, order tracing, record-keeping, and communications.- Familiarity with procurement processes, export-import regulations, customs documentation, and logistics/ERP/CRM platforms.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Strong organizational, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills.- Commitment to delivering high-quality customer support with a detail-oriented approach.Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.- FAA Part 107 drone license.- Experience with flying drones, especially for commercial or industrial purposes.- Experience or knowledge in coatings/paint or industrial and facilities cleaning.- Procurement experience in a technology or manufacturing environment.- 2+ years’ experience in international logistics, procurement, shipment management, or customer success.This role is for professionals who excel at managing global supply chains, partnering with production and procurement, and delivering support known for its detail, quality, and customer-focused impact.
