The tradition of innovation lives on, keeping closely in touch with the times.We are currently recruiting an International Sports Partnerships Project Leader based in Le Locle.The successful candidate ensures proper support to the Tissot HQ team as well as the Tissot markets promoting primarily our partnership in Cycling & Multisport events.Job DescriptionYour responsibilitiesIndependently manage selected global sponsorship partnershipsBuild and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders. Lead and oversee brand activation events worldwideCoordinate all sponsorship-related operations, including branding and activationDevelop and implement activation strategies in collaboration with key markets and external agenciesEvaluate partnership performance through KPIs and post-event analysis to drive continuous improvementServe as the primary liaison between Tissot HQ and federations/rights holders for on-site operations (e.g., hospitality, accreditation, ticketing, TV coverage, PR activities)Ensure optimal brand visibility and strategic product placement at major eventsSupervise on-site operations in collaboration with sponsoring partners and local teamsMaintain daily communication with internal stakeholders and alignment with partners to ensure seamless cross-functional executionPlan, manage, and monitor activation budgets linked to key eventsOversee the marketing and activation activities across international Tissot marketsCoordinate the development and execution of licensing initiativesManage and coordinate high-level hospitality programs at global eventsProperty focus :Cycling (Tour de France, Tour de France Women, Vuelta, Tour de Suisse, Tour de Romandie).Multisport (World Games) and many other relevant events for the international team (non-exhaustive list).ProfileAbility to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with external stakeholdersStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA dynamic personality, self-starter attitude with strong initiativeAbility to work proactively and is self-motivatedSkilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesStrong in planning, budgeting, reporting, and execution trackingFlexible and solution-orientedProfessional Requirements7+ years’ experience in sports marketing (Brands and/or Agencies)Strong understanding of event managementBusiness acumen in an international environmentWilling to work occasional weekends and eveningsLanguagesFluent in French, English (working languages)Job Location: Chemin des Tourelles 17, 2400 Le Locle, Switzerland (Neuchatel)Company Address: Tissot Ltd Chemin des Tourelles 17 P.O.
