Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field At least 3–5 years of experience in managing or supporting airline reservation systems, e-commerce platforms, or Internet Booking Engines (IBEs) Experience working with GDS/CRS systems or airline distribution technologies is highly preferred Background in digital product development, website management, or online customer journey optimization is a plus Knowledge of system integration, data mapping, and API troubleshooting between front-end booking engines and back-end reservation systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot booking errors and system issues efficiently What’s The Role All About? The Internet Booking Engine (IBE) Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the airline’s online booking platform to ensure a seamless, secure, and user-friendly experience for customers. The role focuses on optimizing booking flow, troubleshooting system issues, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and supporting initiatives that drive online sales and improve digital conversion performance.
