Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our esteemed Digital Experience team. This role is perfect for a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing transactional platforms, including e-commerce, web, and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and a dedication to enhancing user experience (UX/UI) through continuous troubleshooting and improvement. You will play a vital role across all stages of digital project development, from user testing to purchase verification, contributing directly to the success of our digital platforms.Key Responsibilities1. Support for Owned Digital Platforms (App)Serve as a super-user and primary support for the MyUMobile App, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.Assist in implementing marketing strategies aimed at enhancing app features, updates, and overall digital customer journeys with a focus on UI/UX improvements.Support the deployment of innovative technologies to attract new users and boost customer engagement.Collaborate in analyzing business objectives, gathering technical requirements, and providing recommendations to improve app functionality.Participate actively in project planning, progress monitoring, and review sessions to ensure timely and successful project delivery.2. Project Support & Cross-Functional CollaborationAid in coordinating critical digital projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule.Facilitate collaboration among marketing, IT, product development teams, and external vendors to streamline project execution.Provide ongoing support to project teams by maintaining clear communication channels and troubleshooting issues as they arise.Build and enhance platform management skills by assisting with app feature setup, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s Degree in any discipline; degrees in Accounting, Marketing, Computer Science, Computing, or Web Management are advantageous.ExperiencePrior experience in telecommunications, e-commerce, or web/app development environments is an added advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong multitasking abilities with meticulous attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to manage time-sensitive projects independently and meet tight deadlines.Personal AttributesFluent in written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia, or Mandarin.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving; comfortable working independently and asking questions when needed.#LI-KN1
