At Dealsuite, we believe work should be meaningful and fun.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site internship opportunity for a Business Development role, located in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. As an intern, you’ll work directly with the team on expanding and maintaining Dealsuite’s presence across Southern Europe. You’ll gain hands-on experience in lead generation, sales, customer support, and international strategy execution, with the freedom to take initiative and make a real impact. You’ll also be able to work on your own research or internship assignment, we’ve got plenty of experience supporting students with this.Tasks IncludeIdentifying (foreign) prospects using advanced prospecting toolsConnecting with industry professionalsProviding operational supportPreparing and executing marketing campaignsPro-active client success supportProviding new customers with live online demonstrations of the productPerforming direct sales callsQualificationsYou are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (obligatory)You are fluent in English and Italian and/or French!Background in Business, Economics, or a commercial fieldStrong analytical skills for evaluating data and identifying business opportunitiesExcellent communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency, to interact with clients and team membersExperience or interest in lead generation and market researchCustomer service abilities with a focus on understanding and addressing client needsEnthusiasm for the M&A industry or SaaS-based solutions is an advantageProactive and not afraid to pick up the phonePrevious internship or experience in sales, customer care, or recruitment is a bonusBased -already- in The Netherlands, Randstad is a must (Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht), based Amsterdam is a bonus.What we offerRelevant experience that looks great on your CVTraining and guidance from experienced sales professionalsChance to grow into a full-time role after your internship€500/month internship allowance (€400 base + €75 lunch + €25 travel)A friendly, young, international teamWeekly Friday drinks and a fun, energetic office atmosphereImportant note:Please note that we will consider only applications from current students who are officially enrolled in a university program.
