About the Role:For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Cocoa & Chocolates Materials Management intern. In this role, you will join the Cocoa & Chocolates Materials Management Team and take part in daily activities that help the supply chain operate smoothly. Thanks to your involvement, you will gain exposure to the way production needs, stock levels and planning routines interact within a global environment. This experience will allow you to build practical insights while learning directly from specialists across the organization.Main Responsibilities:Throughout your internship, you will work alongside central teams such as Raw Material Procurement, Categories Planners, Area Operating Planning & Plant Operating Planning, Supply Chain and Finance, giving you the opportunity to see how each group contributes to the broader S&OP process and overall stock management.You will monitor production and stock coverage to help maintain the availability of raw materials and semifinished goods. You will support the resolution of incidents and confirm volumes with our plants, ensuring that the information needed for daily operations is up to date. You will also analyze flows across plants and raise alerts when appropriate, contributing to steady and efficient planning and execution across the network.About You:Thanks to your advanced Excel and Power BI skills, you will manage data analysis effectively and make use of your familiarity with ERP systems, with SAP as a plus. You will rely on your fluency in spoken and written English, while additional languages and programming knowledge will be considered advantages.You will bring a natural problem-solving mindset, resilience in dynamic environments, and an organized, structured and detail-oriented approach.
