Job ResponsibilitySales Engagement: Contact and engage with qualified leads through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings, introducing the company's products/services and generating interest.Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of the company's products/services.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.Job RequirementsCurrently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related fieldComfortable making cold calls, following up with leads, and attending meetingsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM tools is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)Passionate about sales, client engagement, and relationship buildingAble to work independently and as part of a teamGood organizational and time-management skillsAble to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of 3 monthsFluency in English; additional languages are an advantageJob BenefitsTraining PrividedAllowance ProvidedAnnual LeaveCommission Based on Performance
