By leveraging our expanding network, real-time data, and AI, we empower supply chains to deliver superior customer experiences while achieving operational excellence.Job Description👩‍💻 As an Implementation consultant intern, you will join a team with diverse international backgrounds, all responsible for implementing the Shippeo solution across various customer organizations and industries.Under the guidance of your mentor, you will support the implementation process and, based on your performance, may take on full Implementation consultant responsibilities. Your role will be central to the organization, working closely with both internal and external teams.Key Responsibilities:Assist with the implementation of Shippeo solutions for customersOrganize, coordinate, and follow up on actions agreed upon with clientsIdentify customer needs related to the platform, communicating and reporting regularly to Shippeo’s internal teams to ensure smooth implementationPrepare and lead weekly meetings and steering committees with customers, providing updates on project progress (on-site or off-site)Contribute to internal cross-team projects and initiatives aimed at strengthening our product and organizationQualifications🎊 You are our next Shippian if you:Are fluent in English and French (a third European language is a plus)Are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or BusinessPossess strong analytical skills and can efficiently manage customer requestsHave excellent written and verbal communication skillsAre highly organized and capable of juggling multiple tasksAre autonomous and eager to take on responsibilities in leading company aiming to revolutionize an entire sectorAdditional InformationApplication Requirements:Since Shippeo operates internationally, please submit your CV in English.
