In short, we create technology that is "Invented for life".Job DescriptionYour contribution to something bigThe Electrical team at Bosch in Tranås, Sweden is looking for an intern who’s eager to learn and get hands-on experience. You’ll be introduced to cable harness design, building samples and prototypes, electrical testing, and how certification works (LVD and EMC). You’ll primarily support the team with practical and theoretical tasks and, as you grow, you may take ownership of selected topics with guidance from experienced colleagues.Examples Of TasksSet up heat pumps in our lab, run tests, and help summarize results in clear reports.With support, review internal/external requirements and help translate them into practical electrical requirements (safety, legal, functional, cost).Build simple harness samples and install electrical components in heat pumps.Join lab troubleshooting sessions and assist with analyzing electrical issues.Assist with EMC testing in our 5 m SAC EMC chamber and help with smaller EMC tests outside the chamber.Occasionally accompany colleagues to external test institutes.Help gather input for time plans.Support purchasing by reviewing specifications and participating in supplier meetings.Assist the manager with light administrative tasks.Prepare presentations in PowerPoint.QualificationsWhat distinguishes youCurrently studying in a field related to electrical engineering, physics, mechatronics, or similar; alternatively, mechanical engineering with interest and some exposure to electrical topics.Basic familiarity with test equipment (e.g., multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers) is a plus – if you’re motivated, we’ll teach you.Curious, hands-on, and collaborative, with a willingness to learn.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Additional InformationDuration of the internship: 6 months, preferably starting in March/April 2026Location: On-site in our plant in Tranås, SwedenWhat We Offer YouMonetary compensation is included to support you during your internshipWe can offer free accommodation in TranåsTo support your well-being, we provide a wellness contribution for use on fitness, sports, or wellness servicesWe cover your travel costs from your residence to Tranås, making relocation easier for youYou gain valuable experience working within an international company with global connections
