As an intern, you will contribute to ensuring the highest quality standards in a dynamic and collaborative environment that values learning, innovation, and inclusion.The OpportunityIn this internship, you will be part of the QA Compliance Team and support a wide range of activities with real impact on our operations:Collaborate closely with the Compliance, Systems, and Training teams within QACoordinate and exchange with fellow interns across the QA Chapter to drive joint initiativesPlan and execute your own small projects within the area of complianceTrack regulatory commitments in collaboration with internal stakeholdersContribute to the preparation, conduct, and follow-up of regulatory inspections and auditsGain hands-on experience in a state-of-the-art pharmaceutical manufacturing environmentWho You AreYou are passionate about quality and eager to learn in a complex, regulated environment. You bring:Ongoing or recently completed studies (within the past 12 months prior to the start date) in a scientific or technical field such as Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Molecular Biology – applications from PhD students who have not yet defended their thesis are also warmly welcomeStrong communication skills in German and English, both written and spokenA proactive mindset, strong learning agility, and a structured working styleExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectivelyEnjoyment of teamwork, collaboration, and contributing to shared successGood knowledge of Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Calendar)Practical experience with LLMs such as Gemini, ChatGPT, or interactive notebooks is an advantageAdditional InformationInternship duration: ideally 12 months, starting December 1, 2025Application documents: motivation letter and CVNote: This internship is not suitable for thesis workFor applicants from outside the EU/EFTA without a residence permit: a mandatory letter from the university confirming that this is a required internship, including duration, and a valid enrollment certificate.
