This internship is ideal for students or early-stage professionals passionate about gaining practical experience in HR within a dynamic, AI-driven startup environment. You will work closely with our HR and recruitment team to help attract, onboard, and develop talent, streamline processes, and contribute to initiatives that enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.Your Responsibilities:Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and initial screenings. Support onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees. Maintain and update HR documentation and employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Help organize and participate in employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events. Assist in the administration and enhancement of HR policies, tools and procedures. Qualifications:Must Have:Full working proficiency in both German and EnglishOngoing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Psychology, Sociology, Business Administration with a minimum GPA of 1.7 (German scale). OR prior startup experienceYou proactively tackle tasks, communicate effectively, and handle confidential information with discretion. You enjoy interacting with others, working in a collaborative environment, and actively contributing ideas that foster a positive work atmosphere. Full working proficiency in English and German. Our interview plan:ApplicationTake‑home assignment: You’ll complete a short, role‑relevant task with clear instructions and a deadline. Cultural fit interview (40 min): A conversation about how you work, what motivates you, and what you’re looking for. Expect CV highlights, your “why,” and time for your questions. Technical fit interview (45 min): A deeper dive into your skills and problem‑solving approach for this role. On‑site visit: Meet the team at our office and collaborate on a real challenge similar to the work you’d do here. You’ll get a clear feel for the environment, ways of working, and the role.
