As we are embarking into a journey to be listed in Global Fortune 500 employer in year 2030, we need more talent like you to join us.Shape YOUR future with Top Glove, The World Largest Manufacturer of Gloves!Your Mission • Assist in planning monthly purchase quantities by gathering and analyzing demand data from TG Group.• Support in monitoring raw material price trends and preparing basic cost analysis reports.• Assist in coordinating import shipment activities, including document preparation for forwarding agents and haulers.• Provide support in the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process, including data entry, document verification, and vendor communication.• Help monitor container movements and ensure timely updates on delivery and return status to prevent additional charges.• Prepare and organize reports, purchase records, and shipment documents for internal use and supplier meetings.• Learn and apply documentation procedures related to procurement, import, and logistics operations.What we are looking for Currently pursuing Degree in Logistic/ Supply chain/ Operation management/ Warehouse or equivalent.Final-year students are encouraged to apply.Proficient in MS-Excel and data analytics Able to work in high demanding environments Good Interpersonal and communication skills. Thank you for making Top Glove as Asia Best Employer of the Year for 4 consecutive years since 2016.
