We believe in equal opportunity and strive to create an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role:Support and organize routine governance meetings and performance reviews, as well as ad-hoc meetings as needed.Assist in the preparation of business plans and budgets, management reporting, business reviews, and routine sales performance.Coordinate the process of creating business plans and budgets into Bank Business Plan (RBB) documents, regulatory approvals, product proposals, business reviews, regulatory strategies, and more.Support management in preparing in-depth analyses for strategy formulation and related documents.Manage and execute the Bank's strategy and planning functions, including budgeting, KPI setting, KPI monitoring, and performance reviews.Implement Bank strategies and initiatives, including ad-hoc projects/requests from management such as M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions), strategic Bank projects, and strategic projects for other units.What Is Required and What We’re Looking ForBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or other related fields.Experience in creating presentation materials using Microsoft PowerPoint and strong data processing skills using Microsoft Excel.Have good and clear communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-divisional teams.Ability in data analysis, financial modeling, and market research to support decision-making and strategy development.Have knowledge and/or previous experience related to strategic planning, scenario analysis, SWOT analysis, market research, or competitor analysis.Able to work optimally in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, and able to adjust strategies and plans according to changes in market situations and conditions.Knowledge of the banking industry will be an added value, as it supports an understanding of market dynamics, the competitive landscape, and industry trends that can influence strategic decision-making.
