With its 40 000 employees present in 40 countries, the Group also enables its customers to create value over the entire lifecycle of their assets and services, and to drive their ecological transition, together with their end-users.You will join SUEZ Europe & Central Asia, a Business Unit (BU) looking to achieve significant growth in its Water and Waste activities in the countries selected in the Group's strategic roadmap for the medium-term plan. The ambition is strong, but the BU wants to develop its activities notably in the following countries: Poland, Czech Republic, Denmark, Serbia, Uzbekistan, and potentially Spain. However, we also need to keep a close eye on the market, so that we can potentially develop in other countries in the region.Position Summary WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR Responsible for handling organizational and clerical support tasks and assist with the translation of all types of data from the source language into a designated language as well as interpret during the meetings with correct relay of the speech to the meeting participants.Responsibilities & Duties Perform interpretations and written translation from/to Uzbek, Russian, English languages; Ensure translated texts convey original meaning and tone, conducts research on industry-specific terminology prior to interpreting session; Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling and punctuation accuracy; Ensures original font and structure of the translated document is maintained; Provide administrative assistance to assigned organizational unit, sort and distribute communications in a timely manner; Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information; Schedule and plan meetings and appointments; meet and greet guests; Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages; Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues; Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues Ensure protection of interests, non-disclosure of confidential information and documents to the third parties. WHICH SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE ? Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferably in the field of foreign language studies; Prior experience in administrative support and translation / interpretation; Fluency in Uzbek, Russian and English languages; Proficiency in French is a benefit; Familiarity with translation software;Special Skills/Abilities Needed Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling and punctuation errors; Time management and strong ability to meet deadlines; Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision; Ability to treat confidential information with appropriate discretion; Strong MS Office skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills; Exceptional attention to detail.
