Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Back End Team Lead based in the Tashkent Region, Uzbekistan. The Back End Team Lead will oversee the development and maintenance of server-side functionalities, manage backend architecture, and ensure the efficiency, scalability, and security of applications. Responsibilities include leading a team of backend developers, analyzing requirements, implementing solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. The role also involves troubleshooting backend systems and optimizing application performance. Qualifications Strong programming skills in back-end languages such as Python, Java, PHP, or Node.jsExperience in database management and technologies like SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDBProficiency in system design, API development, and microservices architectureKnowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google CloudTeam leadership experience, including mentoring and collaborating with developersProblem-solving skills and ability to optimize backend processes for performanceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldFamiliarity with Agile development methodologies is considered a plusFluency in Russian or Uzbek is advantageous
