As an Interpreter, you will play a key role in facilitating smooth, real-time communication between English-speaking representatives and Ethiopian, Aramaic, Oromo, Turkish-speaking customers across various sectors. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping people in crucial conversations including customer support, legal, and emergency contexts all while working remotely within a global BPO environment. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide accurate and professional interpretation between English and one of the following languages: Ethiopian, Aramaic, Oromo, Turkish, Dary, or Russian.Manage inbound interpretation calls in real time with empathy and cultural sensitivity.Ensure clear, complete, and contextually correct translation across all parties involved.Handle sensitive or confidential information with integrity and discretion.Accurately document call details and maintain client records.Achieve schedule adherence, quality, and performance goals consistently.Use multiple digital tools and applications during calls to support customer needs.Proactively resolve communication barriers and escalate only when necessary.RequirementsFluency in English and at least one of the following languages:Ethiopian, Aramaic, Oromo, Turkish, Dary, or Russian.Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to handle diverse topics (general, legal, emergency, insurance, etc.).Comfort with multitasking and digital tools (CRM, call systems, etc.).Prior experience in interpretation, translation, or customer service (BPO preferred).High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural awareness.
