If you have solid experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, along with strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Ivanti Endpoint Manager, and Jamf Pro, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesDevice Management with Microsoft Intune:Administer and support Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices through Intune.Configure compliance policies, configuration profiles, and app protection policies.Implement Windows Autopilot for streamlined device deployment.Support Conditional Access integration with Azure AD and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.Deploy and manage macOS devices using Jamf Pro integrated with Intune.Configure and enforce security policies such as FileVault and software distribution.Manage patching, software deployment, and device compliance using Ivanti EPM.Automate security updates and troubleshoot endpoint performance issues.Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.Develop automation scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) to enhance endpoint management efficiency.Train and support L1/L2 teams in troubleshooting issues related to Intune, Jamf Pro, and Ivanti.Requirements5 years of experience in endpoint management, with a specialization in Microsoft Intune (MEM).Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, compliance policies, and MDM configurations.Strong proficiency in Jamf Pro for macOS management and integration with Intune.Experience with Ivanti Endpoint Manager (EPM) for Windows endpoint security and patch management.Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation and troubleshooting.Ability to perform L3-level troubleshooting, including device enrollment issues, policy conflicts, and compliance failures.
