Pushing the boundaries of technology on a mission to change the world for the better from space.Job DescriptionSEAKR Engineering is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inventory Administrator (PA Level 1). This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in materials management, inventory control, and logistics in a dynamic, high-tech environment.ResponsibilitiesAs a Property Administrator Level 1, you will gain foundational experience in supporting our property and materials teams, with responsibilities that include:Performing standard inventory and material transactions in the ERP system for project-owned, SEAKR-owned, and capital assetsKitting materials for shop orders (small kits)Processing material requisitions (MRs) and MR LoansHandling material transfers, Move-to-Stock items, and reviewing and resolving shortagesSupporting cycle counts, physical inventories, and inventory resolutionsStocking inventory post-receiving inspection and assisting with material movement and trackingCompleting basic material tasks such as T/R fulfillment, scrap notice processing, and cleaning/organizational dutiesCollaborating with the Property team and other departments under close supervision and clear instructionsThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a structured environment, and is eager to learn more about inventory and logistics processes.This position follows a 9/80 day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM on working Fridays, with every other Friday off.Qualifications0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or material handling environments (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply)Strong attention to detail and accuracyWillingness to learn ERP systems and materials processesAbility to follow procedures and take direction wellEffective communication and teamwork skillsAdditional InformationCompensation: Base pay range is $20-23/hour depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus.
