Job DescriptionOversee the inventory process and team members to ensure all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and targets are achieved such as inventory accuracyManage the schedule and attendance of all employees under your departmentEnsure the division is staffed with skilled manpower that are capable in their current positions while being prepared and developed for the challenges of the futureEffectively manage the storage and picking locations with setting SOPs to drive higher productivity and overall optimize the use of space in the warehouseControls inventory levels by supervising physical counts; reconciling with data storage systemsIn-charge of replenishment and rack transfer of inventory for fulfillment of orders and manage aging of inventory in the warehouseNotify appropriate departments when there is non-conformance or shortage/overages are foundEnsure all transfers are processed immediately upon arrival into the warehouseProvide reports to Warehouse Lead for internal performance reportingRequirementsGraduate of any Bachelor’s DegreePreferably has 2-5 years of experience in E-commerce, Logistics and WarehousingHas supervisory experience, both for direct and agency employeesKeen with details and has a background in process improvementGood in math and problem solving skillsKnowledgeable with MS (Excel, Word and Powerpoint) and Google Applications (Google Sheets, Google Doc, Google Slides)Amenable to be assigned in Davao
