This role is vital for maintaining the operational rhythm of the supply chain and securing necessary inventory levels.The RoleThis crucial support role manages inventory levels and product data integrity. The individual is responsible for raising purchase orders with suppliers, maintaining and bulk uploading data to various databases and customer feeds, and allocating ISBNs, setting up barcodes and point of sale for new products. Additionally, the role provides essential administrative support, including generating operational reports and minuting weekly meetings.The Candidate ProfileThe ideal candidate is a highly organized and proactive administrator with proven experience in demand planning, underpinned by a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience. They possess intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and strong numerical competency, enabling them to achieve high levels of accuracy and thoroughness in tasks. This individual must be self-starting and able to initiate action independently, while maintaining excellent written and verbal communication skills to build positive, professional relationships both internally and externally.
