The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations, managing staff schedules, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and implementing operational policies. The role also involves monitoring inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring the store meets sales targets. Additionally, the Operation Supervisor will analyze sales data, develop improvement plans, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
