The company is seeking an Inventory and Logistics Coordinator to support the timely and accurate flow of goods across multiple store locations and warehouses. ⸻ Role OverviewAs the Inventory and Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining optimal stock levels, coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, and ensuring accuracy in inventory records. This role plays a critical part in supporting store operations and ensuring products are available when and where they’re needed. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Track and manage inventory levels across warehouses and store locationsCoordinate with suppliers and logistics providers for timely deliveriesOversee receiving processes and ensure proper documentation of goodsMonitor and reconcile stock discrepancies and damaged goodsUse inventory management systems to update stock movements and generate reportsCollaborate with purchasing and store teams to forecast demand and reduce overstock or shortagesOrganize internal stock transfers and returnsEnsure compliance with company procedures and safety standards in warehousing and transportation ⸻ Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field preferred2–4 years of experience in inventory management or logistics, preferably in retail or FMCGProficiency in inventory software and Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsGood communication and organizational abilitiesFluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is an assetFamiliarity with UAE logistics providers and regulatory processes is a plus ⸻ Nice to Have (Not Required) Experience with ERP systems or warehouse management toolsUnderstanding of cold chain logistics or perishable goods handling ⸻ Perks & Benefits Competitive salary and benefitsStaff discounts and incentivesOpportunities for career advancement in a growing retail groupSupportive team environment⸻By applying to this position, you are granting us permission to process your CV and keep your profile on file for consideration for this and future opportunities.
