Visit https://bit.ly/EmaptaTrainingCalendar)Free 24/7 access to office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free fitness trainerExclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more)Unlimited employee referral incentivesStandard government and Emapta benefits20 annual leave credits (5 convertible to cash)Fun engagement activities and mentorship opportunitiesExposure to global leaders and career growth opportunitiesDiverse and supportive work environmentWhat You'll Bring To The TableBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field3-5 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain operations, or logisticsProven expertise in Amazon Vendor Central, with hands-on experience in forecasting and restock planningStrong background as an Inventory Manager with emphasis on forecasting accuracy, demand planning, replenishment execution, and inventory controlDemonstrated ability to manage a high volume of SKUs (1,000+ items)Experience managing 3PL partnerships and vendor relationshipsProven record of reducing stockouts, improving inventory turns, and driving process improvementsProficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with AI-engineered forecasting toolsHighly analytical with keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation and supplier relationship managementPreferred QualificationsAPICS CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent supply chain certificationFamiliarity with AI-driven retail analytics platforms (e.g., DataRobot, AWS SageMaker, ChatGPT-based analysis workflows, or custom ML pipelines)Experience using AI-based visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker integrated with AI)Ability to work with large language models (LLMs) for ad-hoc analyses, business summaries, and decision supportAwareness of emerging AI tools for e-commerce, such as AI-based keyword optimization or AI-powered advertising analyticsYour Key ContributionsInventory Oversight & AccuracyCreate restock plans and send replenishment orders based on forecasts and Amazon's recommended restock limitsConduct daily reconciliation between Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, 3PL systems, and ERP to ensure accuracy of on-hand and available-to-sell inventoryMonitor inbound purchase orders, lead times, and carrier performance to ensure inventory arrives ahead of forecasted demandImplement cycle counts and audit processes with 3PLs to maintain 98%+ inventory accuracyMaintain a healthy Inventory Performance Index (IPI) by balancing in-stock rates and reducing excess inventoryTrack inbound shipments and confirm on-time delivery to Amazon warehousesForecasting & ReplenishmentDevelop forecasting models using Amazon reports (e.g., Inventory Health, Business Reports) and external toolsCollaborate with Demand Planning and Sales teams to translate forecasts into purchase orders and replenishment schedulesBuild and maintain safety stock models by product category, adjusting for seasonality, promotions, and market trendsIdentify SKUs at risk of stockout or overstock and provide mitigation plans to Account Managers and leadershipSupplier & 3PL Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for suppliers and 3PL partners, ensuring accountability for on-time shipments, fill rate targets, and service-level agreementsEscalate recurring supplier or logistics issues and recommend alternative sourcing or distribution solutionsNegotiate with 3PLs for storage and fulfillment efficiencies to reduce costs while ensuring timely delivery to customersProcess Improvement & ComplianceEvaluate and optimize order management, replenishment, and shipping processes to reduce cost-to-serveEnsure compliance with Amazon and marketplace requirements for packaging, labeling, preparation, and shippingCoordinate with Marketing and Advertising teams to align promotions with available inventoryPartner with Quality Assurance to analyze defective or returned products and implement corrective actions with suppliersData & ReportingBuild weekly and monthly reports tracking inventory health, including turns, weeks of supply, days on hand, stockouts, and aged inventoryUse data to recommend SKU rationalization, portfolio optimization, and readiness for new product launchesPrepare executive-level reports on inventory KPIs with actionable insights and recommendationsMonitor storage fees, long-term storage costs, and removal activities to minimize wasteWelcome to Emapta Philippines!Join a team that values camaraderie, excellence, and growth.
