Inventory & Warehouse Manager – D2C Operations

Our team brings together scientists, creators, and brand builders all united by one mission: to make breakthrough innovation accessible to every home and salon.Your RoleYou’ll lead our D2C warehouse and logistics operations, managing everything from inventory accuracy and packaging hygiene to optimizing delivery timelines and return efficiency. This is a hands-on role for someone who loves data, thrives on building operational excellence, and can bring structure and speed to a fast-growing brand.What You’ll DoInventory & Warehouse Management- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations ; inward, storage, dispatch, and returns.- Maintain real-time inventory accuracy across channels using Unicommerce / EasyEcom / Vinculum or similar systems.- Implement FIFO / FEFO, batch tracking, and stock audits for precision and compliance.- Prepare and maintain MIS reports and dashboards for leadership visibility on stock, movement, and shrinkage.Shipping & Order Fulfillment- Oversee both forward and return logistics for D2C and marketplace orders.- Liaise with shipping partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees) to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.- Track fulfillment metrics (TAT, RTO %, order accuracy) and lead initiatives to reduce delays and costs.- Own packaging quality, labeling accuracy, and customer delight in every shipment.Process & Performance Excellence- Identify and implement process improvements that shorten delivery time and improve overall service levels.- Work closely with Tech, CX, and Marketing teams to sync warehouse data with Shopify and CRM systems.- Create SOPs for inventory handling, packaging, returns, and safety compliance.- Build and manage vendor relationships, SLAs, and performance reviews for 3PL partners.What You’ll Bring- 4–5 years of experience in warehouse & inventory management for a digital-first / D2C / e-commerce brand.- Strong understanding of inventory & order management systems.- Experience handling both forward and reverse logistics.- Proficiency in Excel and MIS reporting, comfortable with data-driven decision-making.- Experience working with 3PLs and courier partners to drive operational KPIs.- A mindset for continuous improvement, ownership, and speed.Why Join XTOVIA- Be part of a research-first, venture-backed brand reimagining beauty through science.- Build scalable systems and processes from the ground up.- Work alongside a passionate founding team obsessed with performance, quality, and design.- Ownership, autonomy, and the opportunity to make your mark on a fast-growing consumer brand.How to ApplyMail your CV at pragya@Xtovia.com
