You’ll be responsible for ensuring we put our genuine members first, through reporting potentially suspicious activity to authorities and taking measures to disrupt criminals. You’ll have opportunities to be involved in wider Financial Crime projects which will help reduce risk to Tide and let our members get back to doing what they love.About The RoleAs an Investigative Reporting Analyst you’ll be:Achieve and maintain formal accreditation to carry out specific responsibilities on behalf of Tide’s Nominated Officer, including collating and evaluating internal reports for inclusion within reports to Law Enforcement and ensuring the accuracy and quality of external reportsCollating information and writing comprehensive reports relating to all types of financial crime for inclusion within notifications to Law Enforcement Agencies, including SAR submissionsReviewing and validating investigation outcomes Supporting in complex, proactive investigations by ensuring we provide the right information at the right time to external partnersReviewing the outcomes and decisions of cases, determining whether the correct case outcome was achieved and correctly documentedProviding feedback, leading workshops and training sessionsConfident in calling out potential efficiencies in our tools and processes, making recommendations for process improvements to prevent future occurrences of fraud/financial crime offencesManaging your own case load to meet performance targetsConsistently reaching the targets for Productivity and QualityEstablishing good relationships with various departments throughout the organization to ensure good operational synergyTreating Tide members fairly by taking responsibility to ensure that their needs are metWhat We Are Looking ForHere at Tide, we are looking for a proactively minded Investigative Reporting Analyst with a good understanding of Fraud and Financial Crime typologies and prevention measures. We need a passionate and proactive individual, who will help ensure Tide is taking all the relevant steps to report and enforce against all aspects of financial crime.
