This not only creates tons of value when done right, but attracts the smartest minds - because outlier companies are built by exceptional people like you.Your Mission:Your mission is to build and operate the wealth function within lemon.markets, from defining processes and workflows to ensuring seamless daily execution. As our Investing Operations Specialist, you will be the go-to person for anything related to wealth operations, translating regulatory requirements into scalable, reliable processes. You’ll work closely with both Product and Engineering to design and implement wealth management processes and help define the operational foundations for regulatory reporting, customer experience, and daily execution.You’ll also play a key role in shaping and maintaining the core operational processes within our Investing Domain, including Market Operations and Securities Operations, to ensure a smooth and compliant end-to-end customer journey. Your work will directly influence how customers experience our investment platform and how we scale operations for the long term.About you:You have experience in Wealth Management Operations, ideally in a bank, brokerage, or investment platform. As such, you understand German & European wealth-related regulations (e.g., MiFID II, KAGB) and can apply them. You have a deep understanding of the securities lifecycle and extensive industry knowledgeYou have broad knowledge of investment products: funds, structured products, mandates, ETFs, Stocks and BondsYou have a good understanding of custody structures, portfolio booking, and corporate actionsYou are confident in providing guidance to the colleagues by sharing your knowledge and take responsibility for creating handbooks, building processes and defining policies. You have experience with applicable regulation and its implementation in the operational trading processYou are fluent in German and English, other languages are always welcome You will be successful in this role if:You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can take ownership and drive operational excellence from day one. You think critically about operational risk and proactively identify ways to improve reliability, efficiency, and customer experience.
