Our Global asset manager partner, who is establishing its new business service center in Budapest is hiring a Reconciliations Team Lead in the Global Operations department. Their purpose is to help clients define and achieve superior financial outcomes through differentiated insights, disciplined investment approaches, and exceptional service.Your new roleYou’ll be the key point of contact for investment teams, custodians, accounting partners, and technology stakeholders — ensuring high‑quality data and smooth end‑to‑end processes.Key responsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of reconciliation specialistsOversee timely and accurate reconciliation across equities, fixed income & derivativesResolve rec breaks with internal teams and external partnersStrengthen controls and support regulatory/audit activitiesPartner with Operations Leadership to enhance processes and operating modelsDrive process improvements, system enhancements, and operational projectsBuild strong cross‑functional relationships and manage escalationsWhat you need to succeedStrong background in Investment Accounting/ReconciliationExperience with TriResolve or similar reconciliation toolsProven team leadership experience in financial services or asset managementSolid understanding of operational risk & control frameworksExperience improving reconciliation processes and reducing riskExcellent stakeholder management & communication skillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceThe company offersHybrid working options.Professional development support.Company‑wide events, networking opportunities, and social activities.More to be shared soon...How to apply:To apply for the position, click on ‘Apply Now’ and send us your English CV.
