Investment Advisory Lead

ResponsibilitiesJOB DESCRIPTIONDevelop the investment advisory business strategy in China, expand partnerships, identify client needs, and optimize strategy offeringsDrive business growth in scale and revenue; oversee strategy rollout, channel cooperation, and implementationWork with internal and external teams on system management, configuration, and testing to ensure business alignmentAct as business spokesperson; design asset allocation solutions, serve institutional clients, and provide market insightsPrepare strategy reports, client content, and marketing materials to support promotion and investor educationMonitor industry and market trends, analyze data, and deliver research supportRequirementsFull-time bachelor’s degree or higher8+ years of experience in marketing or product-related roles; fund qualification required. Knowledge of public funds and advisory models preferred. Experience in fund advisory or sales is an advantage. CFA/CFP/AFP holders are preferredStrategic thinking, business development skills, and strong communication and presentation abilitiesSelf-motivated, team-oriented, and able to leverage internal resources effectivelyManagement and sales skills, with the ability to develop differentiated competitive strategiesStrong communication skills in both English and Chinese岗位职责：牵头制定投顾业务发展战略，拓展外部合作，挖掘客户需求，发展投顾策略产品线。推动业务规模与收入增长，负责策略上线、渠道对接及落地实施。协同内外部团队，参与投顾业务系统和投决建设，保障系统基础设施匹配业务发展需求。担任投顾业务发言人，设计资产配置方案，服务机构客户，提供市场洞察。撰写策略报告、客户内容和营销材料，支持推广与投教工作。跟踪行业与市场，分析数据，提供研究支持。任职要求：全日制本科及以上学历。8年以上营销或产品相关经验，持基金从业资格证，了解公募基金和投顾模式，有基金投顾或销售经验优先，CFA/CFP/AFP优先。具备战略思维、业务拓展及优秀沟通演讲能力。自信自主， 团队协作，能有效利用内部资源。具备管理与销售能力，可制定差异化竞争策略。中英文沟通能力强。ABOUT USJ.P.
