Greetings from ASABRI, a state-owned company that provides social insurance and pension for members of the army, police, and civil servants under the Ministry of Defence and the Indonesian Police Department.We are looking for qualified candidates who are highly motivated and possess the skills and knowledge to join as an Investment Analysis Officer.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Analysis Officer to support investment planning, evaluation, and portfolio monitoring across company programs.This role is responsible for conducting in-depth analysis, providing investment recommendations, and ensuring optimal portfolio allocation aligned with risk management and regulatory frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare analysis, studies, and investment recommendations for asset allocation across company programsDevelop policies and procedures related to investment analysis and placement strategiesProvide daily updates on investment instruments based on established valuation methodologiesConduct financial and investment analysis for various instruments, including fixed income, equities, direct participation, and other investment vehiclesPerform property investment analysis and valuation reviewProvide input and recommendations for Strategic Asset Allocation (SAA), Tactical Asset Allocation (TAA), and portfolio constructionConduct special monitoring and evaluation of investment performancePerform periodic review of investment instruments and portfolio performanceConduct fair value calculations (asset valuation) in accordance with applicable standardsParticipate in analyst meetings, issuer meetings, IPO public expos, market outlook discussions, and site visitsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fieldFresh graduates with strong analytical capability are welcome to apply; 1–3 years of experience in investment analysis, asset management, or financial analysis is preferredStrong understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, valuation techniques, and risk analysisExcellent knowledge and understanding of OJK regulations, economy, finance, and investment in Indonesia.Having a CFA/CSA/WMI/BSMR license is an advantage.Familiarity with SAA, TAA, financial modelling, and portfolio strategyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and BloombergStrong analytical thinking and quantitative skillsGood communication and presentation skillsHigh integrity and strong professional judgmentWe regret to inform you that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
