With a focus on long-term growth, operational excellence, and community impact, we continue to expand our portfolio through disciplined investment and strategic management.Position SummaryThe Investment Analyst will support both investment evaluation and development financial analysis functions. This position is responsible for conducting detailed financial modeling, market and competitive research, investment due diligence, and ongoing portfolio performance reviews. The Analyst will also contribute to corporate financial planning and reporting, including development budget versus actual analysis, forecasting, and data-driven decision support. This dual-function role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a small, collaborative team environment.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct financial modeling, valuation and underwriting to evaluate new investment opportunities.Support transaction due diligence, documentation, negotiations and transaction structuring for acquisitions and other strategic initiatives.Perform market research and competitive benchmarking, incorporating demographic, economic, and industry data into strategic assessments.Compile, analyze, and interpret financial and operational results to support management reporting and decision-making.Assist in the preparation of development budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses of actual results versus budgeted expectations.Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal leadership and external stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align investment strategy with corporate objectives, while contributing effectively in a small team environment.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
