The firm is currently leading two major projects in the Los Cabos and the Riviera Nayarit area, as well as a data-driven platform based in USA; as a startup focused on analytics, with significant growth potential and upside. This analyst role offers a unique opportunity for a young professional with a strong background in investment banking, who is ready to move beyond spreadsheets and contribute directly to the creation and growth of high-impact assets across Mexico and the U.S. This position will be based in Mexico City, Mexico. What the job involvesSupport financial analysis, valuation, and modeling of new and ongoing real estate projectsAssist in deal structuring, due diligence, and transaction execution for mixed-use developmentsDedicate approximately one-third of the time to a USA based project, a data-driven platform focused on analytics and technology, operating with a startup mindset and strong growth potentialRemaining time will be fully dedicated to real estate investments, contributing to the analysis and execution of two key projectsPrepare investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal committees and external partners Conduct market research, benchmarking, and financial sensitivity analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risksCollaborate closely with development, operations, and finance teams to ensure investment assumptions and business plans align with project realitiesWho we are looking forBachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a top-tier University Proven few years of relevant experience in investment banking Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis - Excel proficiency required Excellent communication and presentation skillsEnglish proficiency (oral and written)Highly motivated, team player, analytical, and detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindsetPassion for real estate, development, and long-term investment strategies
