Comply with applicable Health, Safety, and Environment standards, laws, and regulations, as well as the Health, Ergonomics, Environmental, and Safety policies and rules established at Faurecia.ResponsibilitiesFormulate, review, communicate, comply with, and enforce the Health, Safety, and Environment policy.Maintain procedures for hazard identification and risk assessment, as well as for the identification of environmental aspects and impacts.Maintain the procedure for identifying, reviewing, and communicating legal and other requirements applicable to management systems. (Health, Safety, and Environment)Report the results of objectives and goals to the entire organization.Receive, review, and respond to external communication and consultation (upon confirmation by Plant Management.Develop the procedures required by the standard within the scope of your responsibilities.Coordinates the emergency response system. (Brigades).Prepares a compliance and follow-up report on management systems (Health, Safety, and Environment) for Plant Management.Coordinates compliance with corrective and preventive actions & SASST.Manage medical services.Ensure the optimal functioning of the firefighting network.Coordinate training and refresher courses for the emergency brigade and the joint S.H. commission.Coordinate activities related to SAA & SASST.Train staff in safety and hygiene (induction, 7SF, general safety aspects, mandatory logistics rules, core team, lotto, etc.).Coordinate the activities of environmental consultants.Coordinate risk studies.Follow up on Core Team audits.Ensure compliance with the code of ethics and code of administration, with the responsibility of reporting any incidents and acting in accordance with group regulations.Your profile and competencies to succeedIndustrial, Health Sciences, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
