They invest their own capital alongside leading institutional partners, operating multiple platforms across renewables, clean energy infrastructure, and real estate.This role will focus primarily on their renewables and clean energy platforms — sectors experiencing rapid growth, innovation, and impact — with the chance to gain occasional exposure to other asset classes across the wider business.From day one, you’ll be part of the action:Evaluating live opportunities and supporting investment decisionsBuilding and running financial models for transactionsContributing to due diligence and deal executionEngaging with management teams and advisorsSupporting the full investment lifecycle, from origination through to exitThis is a small, fast-moving team where you’ll take on meaningful responsibility early and see the tangible impact of your work. It’s an environment that rewards curiosity, analytical strength, and initiative.We’re looking for bright, ambitious talent — ideally with a Master’s (or strong Bachelor’s) degree in a STEM, Economics, or Finance discipline from a leading UK university. You’ll be analytically sharp, numerate, and naturally curious about how businesses and investments create value.You’ll likely bring 1–2 years of experience in a rigorous analytical environment such as investment banking (M&A or corporate finance) or strategy consulting, where you’ve gained exposure to financial modelling, valuation, transaction processes, and commercial analysis. Candidates with relevant experience from other investment or advisory roles will also be considered.Above all, we’re looking for someone who combines technical rigour with commercial instinct — someone eager to learn quickly, take ownership early, and grow into a well-rounded investor.Please note: This firm does not offer UK visa sponsorship.
