The team combines deep scientific expertise with industry and investment experience to help portfolio companies accelerate development, scale commercially, and expand internationally.About the role:Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify and evaluate investment opportunities across biotech, medtech, and healthcare services.Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess valuation, deal structures, and return scenarios.Support due diligence processes, including analyzing clinical data, competitive landscapes, and regulatory pathways.Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal committees and portfolio reviews.Work closely with portfolio companies’ post-investment to monitor performance, assist with strategic initiatives, and support follow-on financing or exit opportunities.QualificationsBachelor's DegreeMust be fluent in Japanese and English Background in PE preferred
