Evaluate financial statements, earnings reports, and key performance indicators to assess the financial health and value potential of investment targets.Financial Modeling & Feasibility Studies: Build and maintain comprehensive financial models to forecast future performance of investment assets. Conduct feasibility studies, scenario analyses, and impairment testing to assess project viability and investment returns.Deal Execution & Partner Engagement: Participate in meetings with external partners, investors, and financial institutions to develop relationships and explore potential investment or financing opportunities.M&A and Transaction Support: Support all phases of M&A transactions, including valuation, due diligence, financial structuring, and post-deal integration. Collaborate closely with the legal team, banks, and other advisors to ensure effective execution and compliance.Financial Performance Reporting: Prepare financial performance reports and analytical dashboards for internal stakeholders, including the Management Team and the Board of Directors, to support strategic planning and decision-making.What You’ll BringBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or CFA Level 1 is a plus.Proven experience (4+ years) in investment analysis, financial analysis and reporting and financial modelingAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentProficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools, with the ability to translate financial statements into actionable financial insights.Detail-oriented and highly organized, demonstrating strong ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in handling confidential financial information.
